This one-to-one Psychosomatic Face Reading Consultation offers a thoughtful and embodied space to explore how your personality patterns, emotional tendencies, and life experiences have shaped the way you think, respond, and relate to yourself and to others.

Rather than focusing on labels or diagnosis, this work supports understanding. Your face reflects how you have adapted to life: what you’ve learnt to emphasise, what you may hold back, and how past experiences can still influence present-day habits, choices, and reactions.

This consultation can support you to:

Be reminded of your natural gifts and talents

Better understand recurring emotional or behavioural patterns

Recognise where energy may be held, over-used, or constrained, showing as challenges

Explore how stored emotions or long-held habits may be showing up now

Gain clarity on what is supportive to continue and what may no longer be serving you

Acknowledge and celebrate how far you’ve already come

Combined with Psychosomatic awareness, this process creates an opportunity to pause, review where you are currently at, and bring conscious attention to how your inner world is expressed through your face and body.

What to Expect

Your Face Reading session begins by identifying your natural strengths, capacities, and ways of engaging with the world, before gently exploring any areas of challenge or imbalance that may be present.

During the session, facial photographs are used to create mirror image photo splits i.e. two right sides and two left sides of the face. These images highlight different aspects of your personality and experience.

  • The right side reflects your outward world, how you engage socially or professionally, your action-oriented energy, and how you may be perceived by others
  • The left side reflects your inner world. It represents emotional processing, sensitivity, and more private or less visible aspects of yourself

Often these two sides tell different stories. Exploring this contrast can offer valuable insight into where effort, compensation, or adaptation has occurred, and where greater balance may be possible.

It’s important to remember this is a snapshot in time. Faces change as your inner landscape changes, reflecting life changes, growth, awareness, and integration.

Health, the Body, and Psychosomatic Insight

Many people are drawn to Face Reading during times of health challenge, change, or uncertainty. While this consultation does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, it can offer reflective insight into the emotional patterns, long-held responses, and life experiences that may be influencing how the body is responding.

Through a psychosomatic lens, we may explore how stress, adaptation, or emotional habits have shaped your experience of health over time, including relevant life and environmental context. This work supports awareness and understanding rather than diagnosis, and is intended to complement – not replace – appropriate medical or therapeutic care.

Areas That May Be Explored

Depending on your intentions for the session, we may explore:

  • Natural strengths and areas of challenge
  • Early influences and formative experiences
  • Where your energy is directed — internally and externally
  • Habitual expressions and learned responses
  • Repeating emotional or relational patterns
  • How others may experience you
  • Where greater alignment, balance, or self-support may be helpful
  • Emotional and psychosomatic themes that may be influencing your experience of health or wellbeing (reflective, non-diagnostic)

This session is guided by you. You are welcome to bring questions, themes, or areas of focus, or simply allow the session to unfold organically.

This consultation is not about fixing or changing who you are. It is an invitation to deepen awareness, build self-understanding, and create space for choice.

For some, this work confirms what they already sense. For others, it offers new language and perspective. In all cases, it supports a more compassionate and informed relationship with yourself.

Bookings can also be made for couples or small groups.

All sessions and consultations are reflective and educational in nature. They support insight, awareness, and understanding through a psychosomatic perspective and do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. This work does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care, and clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support for any health or mental health concerns.
