Psychosomatic Conversations: Participants’ Questions – Emotional Stress & Physical Disturbance – Part 3 of 3
September 2026
What is your body trying to tell you?
In this month’s Psychosomatic Conversation, Sean, Christy and Linda explore the relationship between emotional stress and physical disturbance in the body. Guided by questions from the audience, they look at how unresolved emotions and inner conflicts can show up as physical symptoms.
They discuss specific areas of the body, including the shoulders, neck, jaw and sciatic nerve, and the emotional patterns often linked with them, such as carrying burdens, difficulty expressing ourselves, and fear of change.
At its heart, this conversation is an invitation to listen to your body’s signals, get curious about the patterns behind them, and build a more loving relationship with yourself. Take what resonates with your own experience.
