Welcome to 2026! This Psychosomatic Conversations session brought together our first Guest Speaker Marie Muller, who is Co-Founder & Director of the Psychosomatic Therapy College, alongside Sean Jago and Linda Thackray, with apologies from Christy Foster.
In this session, we explored numerology as a supportive lens within psychosomatic therapy. Marie shared insights into the numerology of 2026 as a 10/1 year, highlighting alignment and the central role of the heart chakra—inviting balance, compassion, forgiveness, and self-love as guiding qualities for the year ahead, while also touching on the brow chakra and inner perception. Sean and Linda reflected on their own numerology and the importance of personal themes for 2026, weaving in the 2026 focus of “Your Heart is Your Compass,”. The group discussed how numerology can inform decision-making, personal cycles, and body awareness. The conversation concluded with reflections on integrating numerology alongside psychosomatics (and other modalities) to support emotional and spiritual development, encouraging participants to meet the energies of 2026 with openness, curiosity, and heart-led awareness.
